Rufio- "Like A Prayer" |

So, I am back. I actually returned last night, but, see, my plane was delayed in Chicago. But not just delayed, oh no. We were waiting on the plane at the gate for about 2 hours, then another 1 on the runway, then another 1 hour back at the gate. Then they let us off for about another hour. I know Chicago midway so well its not even funny. Though, Monika and I did make friends with a rather cute guy from Norman, OK, which is right around where we just were [confusing, much?]. Anyway, we talked to him, and he was nice. As Monika put it, we were "just one big happy airplane family."
Hm. So about my vacation! I know you're all dying to know about what we did...
We went to the Oklahoma City Art Museum because Bob wanted to. We saw some pretty strange stuff there. Such as a pillow with a suit on, and a projector projecting a face onto it; the face was talking about dead rats and football. We did Bricktown, because Bob had never been, which is always fun. We missed Reggaefest, though, which was good, according to the guy we met in the airport. Oh well.
Uh, we went to historical Guthrie. Nothing new. It was about 100-fucking-degrees while we were walking around Guthrie. And it was humid. It was just so hot. We went to Stillwater, too. Home of Eskimo Joe's and the All-American Rejects. Twas fun.
Hehe, we had time to kill, so we went to the movies. Monika and I saw Johnny English. It was pretty funny. We had to wait for my mother and Bob to get out of their movie, so we waited in the lobby and played 'The Floor Is Lava'. Then some dude from the concession stand called me over. He said some guy thought I was hot and then could he have my number. Which would have been hard, cause we live in New York. Anyway, I ended up giving him a fake number. I felt bad. They said it would 'build his self esteem.' Speaking of movies, at the dollar movies, we saw 'Identity' it wasn't half bad. I enjoyed it a lot.
That was my vacation. Not necessarily in that order. I have to stop my kitty from eating the plants. P's.
( It's survey-licious! )
